Welcome to SquishDrop. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short and readable.

Who can use SquishDrop

You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you live somewhere with a higher minimum digital-consent age, that age applies to you instead.

Your account

• Keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• One account per person.
• Don't impersonate someone else or use a fake email.

What you can do

Squish, collect, play, and have fun. Use SquishDrop for your personal enjoyment.

What you can't do

• Cheat, reverse-engineer, modify, or automate the app.
• Try to exploit bugs to earn currency or squishies you didn't fairly earn.
• Use the app to harass, spam, or harm other people.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the app.

Virtual items, drops, and in-app purchases

• Drops (currency), squishies, accessories, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value. They can't be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
• In-app purchases are processed by Apple and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Refund requests go through Apple, not us.
• We may occasionally change prices, rotate the drop calendar, retire items, or adjust earning rates. We'll avoid doing anything obviously unfair.

Your data

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data from Settings at any time.

Service availability

We do our best to keep the app running, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, bug-free, or that your progress will always save correctly. We recommend not treating virtual progress as irreplaceable.

Suspension and termination

If you break these terms — especially cheating, exploiting, or abuse — we may suspend or delete your account. You can close your account anytime via Settings.

Intellectual property

SquishDrop, the squishy characters, artwork, sounds, and name are ours. Please don't use them outside the app without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

SquishDrop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost progress, lost drops, or lost time).

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms we'll change the "last updated" date and, for anything meaningful, tell you in the app. Continuing to use SquishDrop after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts of Texas.
